What is Supported Independent Living (SIL)?
SIL is funded individually to each person according to their need.
Shared living arrangements of 2-7 people
It assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living environment and is reflective of 24 hour care, 7 days/week
Cost of support does NOT include rent, board or lodging, day to day usual living expenses such as food and activities, personal care supports when the person is hospitalised, or items covered in other sections of NDIS price guide (e.g. assistive technology or transport costs)
Inspire Care can provide the support staff that you require in your home or another property. Our support workers will support people in the house with daily living tasks. Generally this is all done with a focus on developing your skills so you can live as independently as possible.
Support include:
Help with daily living tasks like shopping, cooking and cleaning
Help you to access social and community activities
Manage and attend appointments with you
